Write the plan down before the entry. Grade it while the outcome is still unknown. Fill in the exit later, honestly.

1 · Before the entry — the plan

Everything here is decided before the trade, including the grade. The grade marks the plan, never the result.

Live, sim or replay. Sim never touches an expectancy.
Optional. The account this trade was recorded on.
Optional. Cash, Apex, Lucid or Sim.
The price event that started the trade. A blank and “No Trigger” count as the same thing.
The risk in R is measured from fill to stop.
Optional. The runner, where the plan has two targets. R:R is measured against target 1.
Local clock; stored with its UTC offset.
Entry-plan compliance only (A+ to C). Assigned here, above the seam, on purpose.
2 · After the exit — the outcome

Left blank while the trade is open. Fill it in when it closes; the numbers only mean something if they are true.

Size-weighted average if you scaled out. Blank while the trade is open.
A number turns the trade “closed”; blank means still open.
Worked out from the entry and exit times when left blank.
Results are measured after commissions — a missing fee can distort a row.
Exit-plan compliance (Pass/Fail), separate from the grade.
Comma-separated. Free text lives here; the numbers live above.
