MODULE 00 Foundation

Welcome to
The Blueprint

Before we touch a single chart — let's talk about what this course is, what it isn't, and how to get the most out of it.

What Is The Blueprint?

The Blueprint is a personal trading framework built around one instrument — MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 Futures) — and seven high-probability setups developed through real screen time and live trading.

This course teaches you how to use that framework. We build the vocabulary as we go. Nothing is assumed and nothing is skipped. By the end, you'll understand how markets work, how to read a chart, how to identify setups, and how to execute with discipline.

This is not a get-rich-quick course. Trading is a skill. Like any skill, it takes time, repetition, and honest self-review to develop. What this course gives you is a framework — a clear, rules-based system for making decisions. What you do with it is up to you.

Who This Is For

  • Anyone who wants to learn the framework, whatever their prior experience
  • Anyone curious about how day trading actually works
  • People interested in futures specifically — or who want to apply these concepts to stocks, ETFs, or other instruments
  • Anyone who wants a real framework, not YouTube hype

How This Course Works

The Blueprint is structured as a progressive learning path. Each module builds on the last. We introduce concepts in the order you actually need them — not alphabetically, not randomly, but in the sequence that makes them click.

Foundation First

Modules 01–07 build your mental model: markets, charts, tools, orders, risk, and psychology. The setups don't appear until you have the context to understand them.

Setups Layer In

Modules 08–14 cover each setup in depth. As new tools get introduced, we revisit earlier setups with the added layer — so everything reinforces everything else.

What You'll Need

Right now? Nothing. Just read and learn. Later, when you're ready to practice:

  • A brokerage account (we'll cover options in Module 01)
  • A charting platform — we use NinjaTrader for MNQ
  • A trading journal — we'll build the habit in Module 16
  • A pen and paper doesn't hurt — write things down
One Rule Before You Begin

Never risk money you cannot afford to lose. Trading involves real risk. We'll cover risk management in depth — but this reminder lives here, at the very beginning, on purpose.

The Philosophy in One Line

"The Setup is the edge.
Discipline is the execution.
Everything else is noise."

Everything in this course comes back to that. The framework is built so that if you follow it — really follow it — the edge takes care of itself. Your job is execution and discipline. That's it.

Let's get started.
